Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to make a return. After this period, we are unfortunately no longer able to offer a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be accepted, the returned product must be unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Any product returned incomplete, damaged or with damaged packaging cannot be refunded.

Non-Refundable Products

The following products cannot be returned:

• Filters that have already been used or opened
• Products purchased on promotion or sale
• Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. If your return is accepted, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Refund not received? First check your bank account, then contact your bank or card issuer. If the problem persists, write to us at info@pure-filters.ch.

Exchanges

We only replace a product if it is defective or damaged upon receipt. For an exchange, contact us at info@pure-filters.ch attaching a photo of the product.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are at your expense. Initial delivery charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked delivery service for all returns.
